Hi Hana, the stitch number doesn’t change and after the 1st row you should have 19 stitches.
I’ll add the number of stitches you should have after each worked stitch in the brackets below:
Row 1: Sl wyif(1), K2(3), K2tog(4), Yo(5), K2(7), K2tog(8), Yo(9), K1(10), Yo(11), Ssk(12), K2(14), Yo(15), Ssk(16), K3(19).

When you finish Row 1, you’re left with 20 stitches, but Row 2 only works with/gives instructions for 19 stitches. The discrepancy might come from the [Sl wyif] in Row 1, since everything else in that row creates a mirror down the middle? But I’m not knowledgeable enough to problem solve this and result in your lovely pattern. Please advise what the full instructions should be! ^_^”
