In reply to Brenda Docherty. It is better to knit the ribbing on smaller needles- it will be neater and will draw in more, but if you wish to use only one size, then use the larger needles (4mm/US6).

In reply to Peggy. In the supplies there are "3.5 (US4) 4mm (US6) circular knitting needles" listed, so you'll need a pair of 3.5 (US4) knitting needles, and a pair of 4mm (US6) knitting needles.

Following the beginning ribbing, your instructions say “switch to larger needles”; however, in the Supplies section you only specify one size of needles. Can you please clarify? Thanks!

In reply to Melanie. Hello, the even rows are worked the same, so to shorten the instructions they are given for row 1, then 2 (and 4, 6, 8, etc.), and then rows 3, 5, 7, 9, etc. Hope this helps!

Greetings! These look beautiful and I look forward to trying the pattern. I do want to know though, am I missing something? In the pattern the instructions go from row 9 to 11. Is that just a typo or is a line missing in the instructions?

I gave these a try since I’m in-between beginner and intermediate (learned how to knit 20 some years ago! Was so bad at it) and recently picked it up, I went through a bunch of patterns to try for fingerless gloves but yours was the prettiest and seemed to be the easiest! I definitely enjoyed knitting them and they turned out beautiful! I used red yarn instead of white, I had a couple little hiccups that were my own fault but I honestly love them so much! Thank you for posting it

Thanks for this quick & detailed reply! I tinked back & realized I had skipped ahead in the pattern and misplaced the YO in round 3! I’m confident this should all work out now.

In reply to Carole. Hi Carole! I've checked the pattern and it looks right. The 1st and 9th rounds shouldn't have YO. Rounds 3,5,7 have YO and they form left-leaning eyelet stripes; Rounds 11,13,15 also have YO, they form right-leaning eyelet stripes. Hope this helps! If you still have questions, please let me know.
